            The managing partners/brothers of Omni-Fund, Inc. have been in the mortgage business since 1997. Both managing partners started in the second mortgage market during the 125% boom and were the top salesmen for their respective companies. After a few years of taking in information and learning the process of what it takes to drive profits high and keep overhead low, the two partners decided to become an affiliate like the one we offer here at Omni-Fund, Inc.Through the years, operating under a few different branching companies, they found that they were unhappy with the service and the feeling of having to chase their money ( we all know how hard it is to get paid sometimes ). In 2004, they obtained a brokers license and ventured out on their own once again; thus Omni-Fund, Inc. was born. For the next couple of years they ran a very profitable retail outfit with focus and integrity. As with everyone else in the business, the profits were high and everyone was happy.

            During the slowdown in 2006, some of the loan officers that the brothers employed wanted to venture out on their own. It was understood that the L.O.’s were not only employees, but respected colleagues. These loan officers wanted to keep their association with Omni-Fund, Inc. due to the integrity of the managing partners. This is the point where Omni-Fund, Inc. expanded into hiring loan officers as employees. In late 2007, due to increased interest from our clients, the partners decided to speed up the licensing process and focus on the hiring of loan officers. And once again, we can bore you details of how we got to where we are, but we prefer to concentrate on where we are going.   Through service, integrity and speed, the partners intend on securing a name in the mortgage business for a long time to come. We are committed to hiring loan officers and brokers as valued employees of this company.
