A:  Upon completion of a application package, your application will be reviewed within one day of us receiving it.

Q: Are there production guidelines set for all approved Omni-Fund,Inc. affiliates?

A: No minimums.

Q: How is revenue accounted for?

A: The loan officer receives 100% of all origination fees, YSP, any overage collected and any other allowable fees charged minus the flat fee charged by Omni-Fund,Inc. depending on a 3 tier structure; 1^st Mortgage, Piggyback, or stand alone second.

Q: When do I get paid?

A: You get paid via direct deposit 24 hours after we receive the file.

Q: What if I want to terminate our agreement?

A: Either party can terminate our agreement with little to no hassle.
